School Visits
Trotter Hill offers a substantive, and enjoyable visit for school groups, scouts, and other large groups. A program can be tailored to age, group size and specific educational goals. We can handle up to 50 people in a given visit by providing different learning stations. In addition to learning about the animals, the industry and products made from their fleece, there are hands on activities. These include feeding alpacas, simple crafts with fleece and yarn. We also have an outside farmer who brings fresh apples, an apple press and will talk about food based agriculture. Please email for an appointment at: pnarrigan@gmail.com.
